We encourage visitors to the office to contact staff ahead of time to ensure availability for an in-person visit.

Registration and general inquiries should be forwarded to the Administrative and Registration Associate, regulatory practice support inquiries should be directed to the Regulatory Program Coordinator, and complaint inquiries should be submitted to the Registrar.

We aim to respond to inquiries within 1-2 business days, but delays of up to 5-7 business days may occur due to workload circumstances.
