Registration and general inquiries should be forwarded to the Administrative and Registration Associate, regulatory practice support inquiries should be directed to the Regulatory Program Coordinator, and complaint inquiries should be submitted to the Registrar. All other enquiries can be sent to info@nsotr.ca.

Please note that the Regulator does not share third-party information (such as surveys, job postings, or promotional materials) with our registrants, except in limited cases where the third party’s request is directly aligned with our regulatory mandate or is a legislative requirement.

We encourage visitors to the office to contact staff ahead of time to ensure availability for an in-person visit.

We aim to respond to inquiries within 1-2 business days, but delays of up to 5-7 business days may occur due to workload circumstances.

Submitting Information to the Regulator

NSOTR values input from registrants and interested parties. Groups or individuals may share information or raise concerns by sending a written submission to the Regulator via mail or e-mail. All submissions are acknowledged and then thoroughly reviewed and vetted by the appropriate staff member. Relevant matters will be directed to whomever can best address the concerns raised.

• Written submissions should be clear and relevant to the Regulator’s mandate.
• NSOTR will only accept submissions that are sent through official channels.
• NSOTR will maintain confidentiality in line with applicable policies and legislation.
